Well, we got quite a bit of snow yesterday. WHAT IS GOING ON? Hurricanes, earthquakes & snowstorms in one week? Mother Nature is on a roll.
Good news is, I got to leave work early! I despise working out after work but since today was a “half day” I snuck in a little somethin’. Is running on a treadmill boring to anyone else? If so, this is the perfect workout for you! I turned on the movie, Love Actually, and made this circuit up to beat the boredom.
That workout might not look like much but it left me feeling quite sore today!

Snacks: (Throughout the entire day)
Dinner: Shrimp, Pasta, Artichokes, Feta & sun-dried Tomatoes
Dessert: Smashing S’mores (These are quite addicting!)

30 days of thanks – Day 6 – I am thankful for my mom. Even though she wasn’t the best cook, she was always the best mom. My biggest cheerleader, a strong role model and the number one person I want by my side when I’m feeling sick. Nothing tastes better than a mom’s (heated from a can) chicken noodle soup :)
